Crawford founded HeadlightVision in 1997 and it was bought by WPP in 2003. HeadlightVision subsequently merged with The Henley Centre, becoming The Futures Company. Crawford co-founded The Behavioural Architects in 2011 in the UK, US, China and Australia.
